The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) in partnerhip with the CSN recently produced 24,000 illustrated guidelines on best practices for the handling and processing of five different types of fish. The guidelines were produced for the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) to aid fishermen and fish exporters on handling process to improve the quality and boost the fish exports.
